When you move into the Great Northwest, you become a member of our Association. We are a community of almost 5,000 homes and 15,000 residents. We’re not just dedicated to improving property values, we’re also committed to improving members’ quality of life.
Board Members are unpaid volunteers. They do not receive compensation for their time served as a Director or for any services rendered to the association while serving on the Board. They are your neighbors, invested in improving the community, who are selected to the position through a ballot election of the membership.
The Directors are your neighbors and they live and raise their families alongside yours. They are veterans, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who commit their time and expertise to help our community thrive and ensure you and your family have an active voice in shaping the future of the Great Northwest.
Our goal is to provide vital Association information required by Chapter 207 of the Texas Property Code (‘TPC’) to Owners, Owner Agents, Closing Agents, and Title Agents as quickly as possible. The Great Northwest Community Improvement Association rules and regulations are enforced uniformly and should be abided by everyone. It is the duty of a Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control Officer to enforce these rules, as part of the commitment to Great Northwest residents.
