The Great Northwest is again grateful to be working with the US Army to provide convenient access to COVID-19 vaccines and boosters.

We will offer the first and second dose of the Pfizer series to anyone 12 or older or the Moderna series to anyone 18 or older. Boosters for the Pfizer vaccine will also be available to anyone 65 years or older, individuals 18 to 64 at high risk of severe COVID-19, and individuals 18 to 64 whose frequent institutional or occupational exposure puts them at high risk of serious complications.

Boosters are available to those who have completed the first two doses of the Pfizer series at least 6 months prior which will be verified via vaccination card.
