Callanen Hall is a beautiful, airy open space that’s perfect for large gatherings. A wooden stage, a full kitchen, and a wall of windows overlooking our junior Olympic pool make the venue ideal for your wedding reception, holiday gathering, or quinceanera. A trained party manager and in-house security can help ensure your special night is unforgettable!

  • Accommodates up to 200 guests
    • This figure (200 guests) is based on the size of the hall without tables. The amount of guests you will be able to comfortably accommodate will depend on the number and size of tables you elect to use.
  • Rental Fee: $575
    • Fee includes hall, patio, kitchen, tables and chairs, and required cleanup. Reserves 6-hour time slot (timeframe specified on contract).
  • Damage Deposit Fee: $200
    • Damage inspection will be conducted after the conclusion of the event. If no damage is found, deposit will be returned within 30 days.
  • Amount Due to Reserve: $775

  • Security: $288
    • You will be required to purchase security if you plan to serve alcohol.
  • Set Up: $100
    • For this extra charge, our staff will set up tables & chairs for your event on your behalf.

    • You may add a seventh hour to your initial 6-hour time slot for an extra charge. Please note that events cannot run past 12 midnight, and you must completely vacate the premises before the concluding time for your slot.

Flores Hall

Flores Hall is a gem—newly renovated and affordable. This understated space lends itself perfectly to intimate get-togethers such as baby showers, ladies’ nights, or business mixers. With access to indoor & outdoor space and a private kitchen, as well as the option to rent the adjacent pool, Flores Hall is a savvy, budget-conscious event planner’s dream.

  • Accommodates up to 50 guests
    • This figure (50 guests) is based on the size of the hall without tables. The amount of guests you will be able to comfortably accommodate will depend on the number and size of tables you elect to use.

    • Fee includes hall, patio, kitchen, tables and chairs, and required cleanup. Reserves 6-hour time slot (timeframe specified on contract).

POOLS

Silver Creek Pool (at Callanen Hall)
Emerald Valley Pool (at Flores Hall)

    • Fee reserves 3-hour time slot from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
      Includes set-up time, break-down time & picnic tables.
      You must clean up before the end of your time slot.
  • Damage Deposit Fee: $100
    • Damage inspection will be conducted after the conclusion of the event. If no damage is found, deposit will be returned within 30 days.
  • Pool Lifeguards: $80/each
    • 2 lifeguards will be required for each 100 guests. An additional lifeguard will be required for an additional 50 guests, up to 4 lifeguards for 200 guests.

Optional:

  • You will be required to purchase security if you plan to serve alcohol. If you add an additional hour (see below), security for that hour will be an additional $100.

FAQ

We have recently changed our policies on how far in advance residents are able to book spaces. Previously, reservations could not be made more than 6 months or fewer than 3 months in advance. The new policy requires only a minimum of 6 days’ advance notice, or 10 days’ advance notice for events with security, and we’re renting out through the end of 2022. We hope this makes realizing your dreams of a special day that much easier!

In order to book a GNW space, residents must be in good standing with the Association (all assessments fully paid). Those renting their home must have a Delegation of Rights form on file in order to book a space. The resident shall be the official renter of the space and assume all responsibilities thereof, even if the event is being held on behalf of a non-resident.

When renting Callanen or Flores Hall, your payment will reserve a six-hour time slot, during which set up and tear down must be completed, in addition to the function itself. Friday events can only be held between 5 PM and midnight; weekend events can be held between 12 noon and 12 midnight. For $100/hr, you can extend your spot (ostensibly up to 12 hours on weekends, and up to the full 7 hours on Fridays).

Finally, please note that, with regards to set up, the estimated maximum number of guests is based on the size of a space without any tables. We can provide either rectangular or circular tables, depending upon your wishes for the space.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations must be made no later than six days prior to the event. If you will be requesting security (required when alcohol is served), the cutoff is 10 days prior to the event. All fees are due upon signing the Facility Usage Agreement. Accepted forms of payments are Money Orders, Checks, & Credit/Debit Cards (a 2.95% surcharge is applied for card charges).

OPERATIONS DURING YOUR EVENT

A Party Manager will be on hand to address questions and assist with compliance. Member who has signed the agreement must be present during the entire duration of the party, including set-up and break-down, unless the optional cleanup service is purchased.

INCLEMENT WEATHER & POOL RENTALS

If stormy weather is forecast for the date & time of your pool event, you can request to reschedule. This decision must be made before the beginning of the event. Once participants enter the pool area, their rental officially begins.

CANCELLATIONS

If cancelling more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund. If fewer than 30 days before, you will receive your deposit back.
