This family & pet friendly event, taking place twice a year, is a perfect opportunity to see friendly neighborhood faces while also shopping for your next gem!

Our annual community yard sale is now taking place INSIDE the Silver Creek soccer fields (9014 Timber Path). Event is always open to all residents and non-residents!

Food vendors will be onsite! Event happens rain or shine!

Interested in selling?

Spots are numbered and will sell quickly. Spots are up for grabs starting October 16th! Every reserved selling "spot" will be 18’x18’, allowing ample space to showcase your items! Each reserved “spot” is $25 (max to purchase is 2).

Sellers be aware: This event is meant to sell your PERSONAL items, no business/handmade sellers will be permitted to sell.

Vendors selling will be allowed to enter the fields at 8am(an hour before the event starts) to set up!

No permit needed! Event happens rain or shine!

Please note, NO food or drink sales are permitted!
