Deed Restrictions

The Great Northwest Community Improvement Association rules and regulations are enforced uniformly and should be abided by everyone. It is the duty of a Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control Officer to enforce these rules, as part of the commitment to Great Northwest residents.

Homeowners agreed to abide by the rules when they purchased property in the Community. All Deed Restrictions Officers are held to their duty to not only abide by the rules of the Community Improvement Association, but also to enforce the rules.

The Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control Department’s job is important and often tough. It is essential to the Community that Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control Officers enforce all rules in the Community with fairness and compassion. These core values promote a smooth-running Community Improvement Association, where members of the neighborhood know they are treated fairly, and equal to the rest of the Great Northwest Community members.
