Deed Restrictions
The Great Northwest Community Improvement Association’s rules and regulations are enforced uniformly and apply to all residents. Enforcement is carried out by the Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control Officers (DRACO) as part of the Association’s commitment to maintaining community standards and protecting property values.
When purchasing property within the Community, homeowners agree to comply with the governing documents and established rules. DRACO Officers are entrusted with enforcing these rules consistently, objectively, and in accordance with the Association’s governing documents and applicable law.
The work of the Deed Restrictions and Architectural Control Department is essential and, at times, challenging. Officers are responsible for enforcing the rules with fairness, professionalism, and compassion. These guiding principles help ensure a well-managed community where all residents are treated equally and consistently, reinforcing trust and confidence in the Great Northwest Community Improvement Association.
