SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers for SMS purposes will NOT be shared with third parties and affiliates for marketing purposes.

When you provide your phone number verbally (such as over the phone, in person, or via any direct communication method), you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your account or engagement with our services. This verbal consent signifies your understanding that you will receive text messages relevant to the services or information you request.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. Any phone numbers or consent information you provide will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances. 3.      "Hi [Homeowner's Name], a friendly reminder that your HOA dues are due on [due date]. Please make payment by this date to avoid any late fees. For payment options, visit [payment link].”
