Bargain hunters and treasure sellers, our spring community yard sale is the perfect event for you!

Taking place May 25th from 9am-3pm!

This family & pet friendly event is a perfect opportunity to see friendly neighborhood faces while also shopping for your next gem!

Our annual community yard sale is now taking place INSIDE the Silver Creek soccer fields (9014 Timber Path). Event is always open to all residents and non-residents!

Food vendors will be onsite! Event happens rain or shine!

Interested in selling?

Spots are numbered and will sell quickly. Spots are up for grabs starting April 22nd! Every reserved selling "spot" will be 18’x18’, allowing ample space to showcase your items! Each reserved “spot” is $25 (max to purchase is 2).

Sellers be aware: This event is meant to sell your PERSONAL items, no business/handmade sellers will be permitted to be sold.

Vendors selling will be allowed to enter the fields at 8am(an hour before the event starts) to set up!

**If you were a seller at our last Community Yard Sale in February, please keep an eye out for an email from our recreation manager for first dibs on selling spots and a special offer**
